With only one direct neighbour, this Villa feels very secluded and serene, providing you and your guests the relaxation you strive for. The Villa is perched atop a ridge with a oceanfront cabana steps down to the beach below for easy access.

Nearby Beaches: Although you are already situated on the best beach on the island, there are many other amazing beaches nearby to the home such as Forbes Hill Beach and Pretty Molly Bay. These beaches are within 5 to 10 minutes of the home.

Nearby Restaurants: Famous restaurants in Exuma such as Santanna's, Tropic Breeze, and Blu on the Water, are all within 5 to 10 minutes of the home.
