With accommodations for up to 12 guests, this home offers breathtaking views, modern comforts, and combines privacy with access to island adventures, making it an ideal choice for a tropical escape.

Cerulean Sands is a beautifully appointed beachfront escape that captures the essence of island living with stunning ocean views, direct beach access, and luxury amenities throughout. This recently built four-bedroom villa is ideal for families or couples seeking serenity, comfort, and proximity to Exuma’s top attractions—all while being tucked into a quiet, picturesque stretch of coastline.

Step outside to your private oceanfront patio, where a heated pool, hot tub, and lounge area overlook the crystal-clear waters of the Atlantic. With two secluded beach coves just steps away and excellent snorkeling right offshore, Cerulean Sands offers everything you need for an unforgettable island experience.

Our guests’ favourites include exploring the gorgeous beaches with crystal blue water, visiting the famous swimming pigs and iguana island, swimming with sharks, sea turtles or sting rays, snorkelling, diving, fishing, kayaking, golfing at a world-class course, enjoying a beach-side picnic or beach bar, indulging in fresh local seafood, and so much more!

They have a wealth of knowledge about the island and are committed to ensuring you enjoy all Exuma has to offer - hassle free.

Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:

• Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.

• Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.

• Thinking of a boat rental? Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (provided above).

• Thinking about a private chef? On Exuma - regardless of where you stay - most private chefs charge about $50–$100 per person, per meal on average. This usually includes the cost of groceries and a full menu (for example, a starter, main, and dessert, or a larger spread for breakfast or lunch). Keep in mind, this is just a general guideline for budgeting. Final pricing depends on: group size, menu requests, cost of food, and style of service. We always recommend sharing your preferences directly with the chef to receive an accurate quote tailored to your needs.

• Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!

Other Rules:

• No parties. No exceeding guest count on property.

• Minimum 7-night stay over peak or holiday seasons and/or weekend to weekend bookings.

• Christmas (night of the 25th) and New Years Eve (night of the 31st) cannot be booked together, except for stays of 14 nights or longer.

• Instant bookings are subject to 24-hour review to ensure adherence to house rules.

• Note: A 3% non-refundable processing / administrative fee on the total value of the stay will be due for all cancellations. Fee will be waived if the booking is moved/shifted to future dates without cancelling.
