Cascata Villa (previously Ribbon of Blue) by Exuma Exclusives - a 3,100 sq.ft. Villa, comprised of three buildings, located between Moore Hill and Williamstown in Little Exuma (Atlantic side of the island, approximately 45 minutes from the GGT Airport).

Transparent aqua water winds it’s way like ribbon on the hem of a holy garment in front of this palm tree framed villa. Ribbon of Blue’s secluded seaside setting is one of transfixed tranquility. A highly desired location, this setting has the power to infuse vacation moments with permanently peaceful refreshment.

As the home is directly on the winding lazy river and sugar white sand bars, it allows guests various types of access to the water for swimming, or world class snorkelling to view the local marine life.

You’re in for a treat! There are so many things to experience in Exuma and the Cays - there is something for everyone. By booking an Exuma Exclusives home, you can be confident you’ll receive the highest level of customer service before, during, and after your trip to Exuma. Our expert local property management teams can assist you with any aspects of your stay including, but not limited to: grocery delivery, chefs and local caterers, rental vehicles, excursions (such as visiting the swimming pigs!), babysitting services, fishing recommendations, and any other local recommendations or assistance you need. They have a wealth of knowledge about the island and are committed to ensuring you enjoy all Exuma has to offer - hassle free.

Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:
- Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.
- Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.
- Thinking of a boat rental? Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (beginning of description).
- Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!

Other Rules:
No parties. No exceeding guest count on property. Minimum 7-night stay over peak or holiday seasons and/or weekend to weekend bookings. Christmas (night of the 25th) and New Years Eve (night of the 31st) cannot be booked together, except for stays of 14 nights or longer. Instant bookings are subject to 24-hour review to ensure adherence to house rules.
