"C Side Estate" Take the ultimate family getaway at our brand new beachfront house, an estate of luxury and tranquility with always calm waters, ideal for families craving a peaceful retreat. This stunning property comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests, featuring 5 spacious bedrooms and 6 modern bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone. Nestled in a remote and private location, it offers the perfect retreat for those seeking peace and seclusion without compromising on convenience. Despite its secluded setting, the house is a short distance from multiple beachfront restaurants where you can savor exquisite local cuisine, and it is near the renowned Tropic of Cancer Beach, known for its breathtaking views and pristine sands.

The house comes fully equipped with all essential amenities, including plush towels and state-of-the-art appliances, allowing you to settle in immediately and enjoy a hassle-free vacation. We also pride ourselves on having the best property manager on the island! She grew up on the island and knows Exuma like the back of her hand! She will be on call and has answers for any questions you may have leading up to as well as on your trip. Our property is also equipped with Starlink Wifi and has a back up generator to insure your trip will run as smooth as possible. There are so many things to experience in Exuma and the Cays. Our guests’ favourites include exploring the gorgeous beaches with crystal blue water, visiting the famous swimming pigs and iguana island, swimming with sharks, sea turtles or sting rays, snorkelling, diving, fishing, kayaking, golfing at a world-class course, enjoying a beach-side picnic or beach bar, indulging in fresh local seafood, and so much more!

They have a wealth of knowledge about the island and are committed to ensuring you enjoy all Exuma has to offer - hassle free.

Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:

• Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.

• Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.

• Thinking of a boat rental? Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (provided above).

• Thinking about a private chef? On Exuma - regardless of where you stay - most private chefs charge about $50–$100 per person, per meal on average. This usually includes the cost of groceries and a full menu (for example, a starter, main, and dessert, or a larger spread for breakfast or lunch). Keep in mind, this is just a general guideline for budgeting. Final pricing depends on: group size, menu requests, cost of food, and style of service. We always recommend sharing your preferences directly with the chef to receive an accurate quote tailored to your needs.

• Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!

Other Rules:

• No parties. No exceeding guest count on property.

• Minimum 7-night stay over peak or holiday seasons and/or weekend to weekend bookings.

• Christmas (night of the 25th) and New Years Eve (night of the 31st) cannot be booked together, except for stays of 14 nights or longer.

• Instant bookings are subject to 24-hour review to ensure adherence to house rules.

• Note: A 3% non-refundable processing / administrative fee on the total value of the stay will be due for all cancellations. Fee will be waived if the booking is moved/shifted to future dates without cancelling.
