Blue Lagoon Villa by Exuma Exclusives - a 6,000 sq.ft. Villa, comprised of three buildings, located between Moore Hill and Williamstown in Little Exuma (Atlantic side of the island, approximately 45 minutes from the GGT Airport).

This property is one of the most unique vacation rentals on the island. Surrounded by a winding lazy river and sugar white sand bars, the home is perched on a protected point offering guests a 270-degree view of the surroundings. The villa has over 500 feet of ocean frontage, allowing various types of access to the water for swimming, or world class snorkelling to view the local marine life.

The rocking chairs on the front porch of Blue Lagoon are most suitably situated to watch the rise of the tide as it ebbs into the unfurled ribbon inlet that meanders through the mangroves. As the roots of the mangrove trees translate salt water into fresh, so all concerns are translated into fresh perspectives of rejuvenation.

Sunrise Cottage situated to the right of the main house at Blue Lagoon, offers a spectacular early morning sight as each day breaks through in cloud laced golden splendor.

Sunset Cottage, situated to the left of the main house at Blue Lagoon, is in direct view of the Bahamian evening sky that sings in color at the close of each day.

Both the sunrise and sunset offer a poignant beginning and splendid end, spent enjoying this expansive three building villa. Tumble stone pathways lined with buttonwood hedges connect the main house to the cottages, offering welcoming walkways between buildings.

Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:
- Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.
- Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.
- Thinking of a boat rental? Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (beginning of description).
- Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!

Insurance:
We are committed to protecting our homes so that all future guests can enjoy them the same way you will, which is why we've partnered with “Superhog: Know Your Guest”, a leading vacation rental guest authenticator & damage insurance provider. Please note that prior to check-in, we will send you more information and ask you to input your details to activate this coverage.

Other Rules:
No parties. No exceeding guest count on property. Minimum 7-night stay over peak or holiday seasons and/or weekend to weekend bookings. Christmas (night of the 25th) and New Years Eve (night of the 31st) cannot be booked together, except for stays of 14 nights or longer. Instant bookings are subject to 24-hour review to ensure adherence to house rules.
